BetterBench is a product owned and operated by Raising the Bar Consulting. Hiring technology should be usable by everyone—including every candidate applying through it. Raising the Bar Consulting is committed to making the BetterBench website and platform accessible to people of all abilities.
Our standard
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. This includes keyboard navigability, sufficient color contrast, meaningful alternative text, clear focus states, and semantic structure for screen readers.
Ongoing work
Accessibility is reviewed as part of our design and development process, and we test new features before release. Where a third-party component falls short, we work to replace or remediate it.
Candidate experience
AI Screening is delivered by text message and video submission. If any part of the application process is not accessible to you, contact the employer or our team and we will provide an alternative way to participate.
